I have been trying to get a live person for ticket department. General public number for town this size is dead give away they have serious problems with tickets. Not professional and definitely not indicative of city government office.
These guys have speed traps on 300 and probably base their income off of such. Not to mention the speed limit changes from 65 mph to 45 in under a mile. If you do not catch it, they do not care... even though there is nothing on that little wasted strip of land.
Extremely racist. If you ever get caught driving in this Mayberry town plz get out fast.
I was recently stop on their speed trap on US 300 heading north, I was in the process of slowing down but since the speed limit goes from 65 to 45 they issued a ticket doing 65 in a 45. The speed trap did not bother me as much as the office giving the ticket. He looked more like a biker than a police officer with all his Tattoos. I would expect Law Enforcement Office to project more of a professional image than looking like a biker. I guess standards for officers are lower in small towns.
If u gt a ticket u have to come to this place before 12 or after 1 I thought city hall stayed open all day racists if I ever seen such nothing but speed traps here its how they make their income
